Perfect place to stay, these apartments have become our preferred stay in Hanoi! Staff were accommodating and always eager to help. The apartment itself was very spacious, modern, stylish and serviced everyday - leaving it spotless . The location was excellent, in walking distance of several restaurants, stores, a pharmacy and this awesome buffet we highly recommend you go to! Our rooms were spacious with a great view, TVs with Chromecast/Youtube, and cupboard space that accommodated our lengthy stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy for us to navigate when we stayed in one night and cooked a meal. Bathrooms were tidy with bidet toilets. - Ridiculously good value for money with tidy, spacious, modern rooms and a good restaurant where we enjoyed breakfast. Convenient location and easy to get around using Grab or walking locally (transport was not an issue, grab is like uber and was insanely cheap) - 10000/10 recommend staying here, best apartment we've stayed in so far !

We stay here everytime we visit Hanoi and have always been happy with the room. The serviced apartment is spacious and comes with a washer/drier in unit. The staffs are above and beyond, very polite and helpful. Be careful if you book through Booking.com's "Partner offer" option. It books a small room in Nesta hotel instead of a serviced apartment. The staff was quick to help us with the room upgrade onsite.

Unbeatable value. Less than $100US for up to 4 guests and breakfast? What a steal, even if the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Staff were very hardworking. Breakfast was decent and had a little bit of everything. Nothing significant to write home about. Beds very comfortable. The room is more of an apartment than a hotel room. Large bathroom with Japanese toilet. Highly recommended.

We loved this hotel - the facility is big and comfertable. It is located in an inner street which is very peaceful, but right outside there are restaurants, cafes and everything you might need. Breakfast is excellent with a large variety, there is an outside cafe and the restaurant operates for lunch and dinner, and in reseonable prices, which we used it a lot when the kids were to tired to go out. We will surely come back here if we visit Hanoi again.

Very spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Two restaurants on site (Nesta Restaurant and Kawa Japanese). Breakfast buffet was nice plus there was an option to get ramen bowl or omelette from the kitchen. Washer/dryer in unit was very convenient. Good WiFi. The hotel is a little set back from the main road which helps reduce the noise.

The rooms were spacious. Honestly, it felt like we were living in a cosy home. We were meant to go to a hotel in the old town but ended up cancelling our stay as it was poor and got here last minute. It was probably the best decision as it's only a 15 min drive away so all the tours can be done without any issues while staying in a quieter area. The staff were very helpful in letting us do a late check-out at an odd hour as my partner was unwell. The breakfast in the morning was well rounded as well.

The building is well taken care of and offers all the essentials you need in the apartment. The staff are super friendly and work hard to make sure that you're comfortable. I got a free upgrade which was really kind. I liked that both toilets had a bathtub. The toilets are a little awkward in dimensions though. The bathtub was only big enough for a 175 cm person.

The apartment rooms were clean, well serviced and spacious. The facilities available to us in the apartment room were superior. The hotel was close to most of the main attractions in Hanoi. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts offered a varied spread and great eating experience.
